Cancellation Policy

Upon enrollment, a non-refundable fee of $100 is applicable towards the camp tuition. Given the intricacies involved in logistical planning, staff recruitment, equipment procurement, facility reservations, and the inherent challenges associated with executing the camp.

If full balance has been made, we stipulate that any request for a refund must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the camp. Furthermore, such requests must be accompanied by appropriate medical documentation to substantiate a withdrawal from the camp due to medical reasons.
